Epilogue: Disordered and flatulent wins Best experimental film at New renaissance film festival

On may 5th, 2024, Epilogue:Disordered and Flatulent took home a film festival award for best experimental film. The film —by artist and director Michael Subotzky— follows an interwoven narrative within what Blair conceptualized as an oratorio. The stop-motion chrome-scape imagery of the film was meticulously crafted and married to the music and lyrics, which was conducted by the composer utilizing an ensemble made up of players from Cape Town Philharmonic and Cape Town Opera.
